Administrative Assistant Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a busy office with a mix of operational, coordination, and organizational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, can shift priorities easily, and takes pride in keeping teams, supplies, and information well organized. The right candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable balancing routine tasks with changing daily needs.

This role is onsite in Milwaukie, Oregon.

Manage office inventory, supplies, and workplace amenities coordination to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.

Maintain and update spreadsheets and simple tracking tools for operational and administrative needs.

Provide general administrative support including document preparation, inbox monitoring, and scheduling.

Coordinate day-to-day office activities and respond to requests from internal teams.

Track tasks, follow up on open items, and help keep workflows organized and on schedule.

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or operations support role.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Strong communication and customer-service mindset when working with staff and visitors.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.

Compensation $25/hr.
