Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties

Communicate effectively with employees to ensure smooth operations

Conduct employee orientation and training programs

Interview, hire, and manage store staff

Oversee inventory management including buying, pricing, and organizing products

Supervise daily store activities to meet sales goals

Analyze market trends to maximize profitability

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management

Previous experience as a retail clerk is a plus
