We are looking for Health Visitors who have a strong understanding of current developments in health visiting, a proven track record of continuous professional development, and a passion for implementing innovative practice.
As a Health Visitor with NHS Fife, you will deliver a high‑quality, culturally sensitive, and accessible service to children and families, working collaboratively with service users, care providers, and other agencies. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and embrace skill‑mix teamwork. Some of these positions can be challenging, requiring experience in addressing a variety of health and social issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel throughout the area of service delivery
Experience with a variety of health and social issues

A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
As from 1/4/2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. Please note that the pay scale in this advert will not be changing as a result.
