The Project Manager role supports a broad range of land development and public works initiatives drawing on experience in site civil design permitting and project delivery. The position benefits from strong stormwater and hydrologic/hydraulic expertise to support cross-discipline projects while remaining flexible in scope and not limited to stormwater-only practice. Occasional travel to client sites and regional offices may be required.

Qualifications Required

Bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related engineering discipline

Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months

510 years of relevant land development engineering experience in the following areas: Private‑sector commercial residential and mixed‑use land development

Preparing engineering reports civil construction plans and permitting submittals

Coordinating small to mid‑sized design teams and managing client interactions

Providing land development engineering services in Texas

Supporting proposal preparation and fee development

Stormwater analysis site drainage and civil design standards

3-6 years of project management experience

Proficiency with relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and common hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools

Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business‑related travel

Preferred Qualifications

Central Texas market experience particularly the San Antonio and Austin regions

Familiarity with local and state permitting agencies and development regulations

Experience with proposal writing and client‑facing presentations

Experience delivering private site development and public works projects including street drainage and utility design as stand‑alone assignments or as part of multidisciplinary project teams
