Position Summary
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Lead store staff during manager absence and oversee opening and closing procedures. Supervise crew assignments, direct activities, and follow up on all tasks. Communicate effectively with store management and crew. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise. Reset departments following POGs. Required Qualifications
Analytical, deductive reasoning, and computer skills. Advanced communication and supervision skills. Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and response to urgent store issues. Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a retail supervisor. Pay & Benefits
Pay Range:
$16.50 - $24.00
