Min Max Inventory Clerk – FIRST SHIFT

Responsibilities
Responsible for the reloading of inbound trucks with empty containers.
Responsible for investigating and auditing concerns in Quality and Materials.
Performs internal audits.
Perform a minimum of 15 counts (or more) as part of the cycle count process.
Counts on all material for which a min card is pulled.
Complete safety stock sheets and email to the appropriate parties at the customer.
Monitor overflow and the flow of inward material and re‑distribution to the appropriate work areas.
Investigate the potential of spec. errors in shortages and report to the customer.
Five phase all losses that are over one standard pack of material.
Update min/max sheets every shift and email to the MFU upon completion.
Data entry of inventory and cycle count information.
Record and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate department records to ensure documentation of activities is available.
Involved in multi‑disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drive company’s Continuous Improvement Process and Policies.
Contribute to model year changes and build out numbers.
Requirements
A minimum of a high diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work according to urgency.
Inventory experience is preferred.
Ability to count accurately.
Must have the ability to keep proper documentation and records.
Must be able to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Must be able to follow company policies, procedures, and corresponding work instructions.
Ability to operate MHE may be required in some facilities.
Must be willing and able to learn material technician functions throughout the facility to ensure a flexible and cross‑trained team.
Ability to work full time with extra hours and weekends as required.
Schedule / Shift Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm.
Location 715 Beechcroft Road, Spring Hill, TN
Travel Requirements None
Overtime Able to work additional hours as needed.
