Restaurant Shift Leader ! As a leader, you will help make sure the restaurant runs smoothly and that our guests have an awesome time.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Team: guide and motivate your team to do their best.
Excellent Customer Service: greet guests, take orders, and resolve any issues quickly.
Food Quality: ensure food is cooked correctly and looks delicious.
Operations: keep the restaurant clean and organized during your shift, and solve problems that arise. Report major issues to the General Manager.
Physical Requirements: stand up to 8 hours without a break and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
What We Need From You
Experience in a fast‑food or restaurant job.
Amazing customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Food Handler Certification is a plus.
Physical requirements: stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
