The role involves budgeting and forecasting support, cash flow analysis, investment performance evaluation, valuation support, and preparation of materials for internal and investor reporting.**Responsibilities*** o Support financial planning and analysis activities, including preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts to inform business decisions.* o Analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying key trends, risks, and variances.* o Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information that supports valuation, reporting, and decision-making activities.* o Gather and analyze financial and operational data to develop reports, presentations, and insights that support decision-making.* o Develop recurring performance analyses for management, highlighting key trends, insights, and business drivers.* o Analyze complex financial datasets to support problem-solving, strategic planning, and business decisions.* o Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.* o Partner with cross-functional teams to advance business objectives and strengthen alignment across initiatives.* o Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED required.* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.* 0–3 years of applicable and relevant experience.* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.* Manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Demonstrate strong self-motivation, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.* Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.* Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.* Apply knowledge of financial statements and their interrelationships to support analysis and decision-making.* Maintain a foundational understanding of public company reporting and the connection between operational activity and financial performance**Compensation*** Salary type: Exempt* Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly* Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000* Annual Bonus: 10%**Benefit Information*** Competitive compensation* Medical, Dental and Vision beginning day 1* 401(k) Company matching* 401(k) Vests on Day 1* Career development programs* Charitable donation matching* Generous paid time off (i.e., vacation, personal holidays, paid sick time)* Paid Volunteer Hours* Paid Parental Leave* Family planning assistance including IVF, surrogacy, and adoption options* Wellness and mental health resources* Pet insurance offering* Childcare Assistance* Commuter benefits* A culture on our values of Act with Integrity, Build Mutual Trust, Take Initiative and Win Together.We are proud to create a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
