Job Description
Manages clean linen distribution and maintains tracking and accountability of linen supplies.
Ensures all equipment and supplies are kept clean and in working condition.
Supervises staff by assigning work, training, hiring, evaluating performance, administering progressive discipline, and recommending termination as appropriate.
Creates and reviews schedules, approving scheduling requests to ensure adequate coverage.
Regularly surveys departmental procedures for adherence to acceptable cleaning practices, ensuring compliance with State/Federal regulations and standards.
Qualification Requirements
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Certified Healthcare Environmental Service Professional (CHESP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body (preferred)
Range $18.69 – $29.89 per hour
