CSO is seeking a
Staff Associate
to join our Clubhouse in Greenfield,
Green River House .
Green River House is a vocational, educational, and rehabilitation program for individuals living with mental health challenges. Operating under the internationally recognized
Fountain House model , this non‑clinical program emphasizes members’ strengths, talents, and abilities. Staff Associates work side by side with Clubhouse members to build genuine, respectful relationships and support them in achieving their personal life goals.
Depending on individual needs, members’ goals may include employment support (such as mock interviews), educational advancement (HISET preparation), housing assistance (including fuel assistance and housing recertifications), benefits management (obtaining and maintaining SSI/SSDI), financial skills development, and opportunities for social connection.
The ideal candidate is motivated, compassionate, and committed to helping adults achieve their goals and maintain independence. This is a supportive, community‑based role that empowers individuals in a non‑clinical environment.
Starting salary: $38,000‑$44,000/year
You Will
Coordinate a Clubhouse work unit
Provide program coverage as assigned
Perform supportive services to provide personal, educational and job skills training
Complete work interest evaluations plans
Provide support and follow‑up for program members
Act as liaison with the Department of Mental Health and other agencies involved with member's goals/recovery
Participate in treatment planning, team meeting, in‑services and other relevant meetings
Consult with clinical/ crisis staff
Plan and facilitate vocational and recreational activities on a rotating schedule
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
Two years of experience in mental health program with a similar population
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
