Base Pay Range $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Summary Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offering guidance on self‑service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities

Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area, assigning duties, communicating goals, providing training and feedback, and supporting the hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating of associates.

Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation in accordance with company policies.

Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, adhering to steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Ensures merchandise presentation meets company standards by handling claims and returns, zoning, stocking, arranging, setting up, cleaning, and pricing products, identifying shrink and damage, and securing fragile or high‑shrink items.

Monitors food and merchandise quality, ensuring proper product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and department cleanliness.

Leads and participates in teams, sharing resources and information, determining customer needs, coordinating work assignments, providing feedback and support, and modeling change adaptation.

Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders, ensuring product selection and staging complies with company policy.

Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborating with managers and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Demonstrates compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, guiding others in execution, implementing action plans, and supporting management in addressing ethical and compliance issues.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Leading a team with supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others.
