Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
Collaborate effectively with team members in a high‑performing sales environment
Manage desk priorities while ensuring timely outcomes for customers
Deliver excellent service with tailored insurance solutions for each business owner's needs
Qualifications
Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license required
Must be eligible to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non‑resident states (excluding Hawaii/Alaska)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
Strong sales acumen with effective negotiation skills
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Call center experience is valued
Competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed
Demonstrated organizational and desk management skills in a fast‑paced environment
