What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants for small business insurance

Provide coverage consultation on various small business lines, including Business Owner's Policy, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales culture to achieve team goals

Deliver timely outcomes to customers while prioritizing and managing desk responsibilities

Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to address complex risks and write profitable business

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license is required

Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
