Job Overview Bolt Builders is looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager/Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. In this role, you’ll oversee key aspects of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout—working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients. Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution
Review and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Build, track and maintain schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Monitor project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
Conduct jobsite visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety
Problem-solve issues as they arise and proactively address delays or conflicts
Ensure compliance with contract terms, local codes, and company standards
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
Assist with project closeout and client handoff processes
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or project engineering preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
High integrity, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, MS Project and plan review platforms
Ability to build rapport with both field teams and clients
