Responsibilities
Oversee daily on‑site operations for commercial construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule and quality.
Manage jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA protocols.
Conduct daily reporting, schedule updates, and progress tracking.
Troubleshoot issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and field teams.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Lead by example and foster a team‑oriented jobsite culture.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience in commercial construction preferred.
Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and execute project plans.
High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
Self‑motivated and able to manage time independently.
No formal degree required; equivalent field experience highly valued.
