We are seeking a high-energy Assistant Project Managerto support the senior project management team on a major project in Ras Al Khaimah.
The role is working for a specialist construction company overseeing part of the luxury fit out of a landmark project. You will play a critical role in helping maintain momentum across procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, and documentation.
What we’re looking for:
Construction Project Management: Experience with high-end developments and fit-out is a must. Natural Stone installation knowledge is a plus.
Highly organized: Able to manage submittals, track approvals, chase responses, and ensure clear communication across offices and trades.
Proactive mindset: These are not admin roles—we need people who take initiative, stay ahead of timelines, and can keep things moving.
Comfortable with coordination: Includes international suppliers, freight forwarders, internal offices (Europe, Asia, North America), and on-site teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in within the construction or fit-out industry.
Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Can do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
