Compensation Base pay: $16.00/hr.
Shift: 5pm-4am, Monday-Friday. Pay: $17.50-$18/hr.
Responsibilities
Ability to lead a team in a complex, task-oriented cleaning operations environment.
Provide direct support to the Operations Center Maintenance Team and the Field Operations Team, responding efficiently and accurately to all escalations.
Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairwells, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
Follow the supervisor cleaning task flow process diagram.
Familiar with shift support, working directly or dividing shifts between the team and leading the shift covering daily operation schedules.
Provide feedback on ongoing activities and implement timely escalation reporting procedures to the KBS management team.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in cleaning operations and distribution center environments.
1+ year in a leadership/supervision position.
Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
Positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented attitude to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly, timely manner.
Ability to read and interpret documentation such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, standard operating procedure manuals, and chemical handling safety documents (generally in English; may have Spanish when required by state).
Must pass KBS background check and drug test.
All non-exempt employees must download and use the mobile time clock app KBSPresence to record accurate work hours, manage attendance, complete required training, and distribute important labor information. All employees eligible for reimbursement for use of personal cell phones for job duties.
