About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and cost-effective logistics while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and data‑driven planning; minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
Manage outbound logistics, route planning, carrier coordination, and on‑time delivery; optimize transportation costs.
Drive process improvements using lean principles to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; conduct audits and corrective actions.
Leverage WMS/TMS systems to improve inventory visibility and shipment tracking; lead digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and lead warehouse and logistics teams, fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
10+ years in logistics or warehouse operations, including 7+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success in team management and operational performance improvement.
Experience implementing cost‑saving initiatives and process optimization.
Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
