Sales & Business Development Specialist – Practice Management Services - Chicagoland Region/Greater Chicago Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) is among the largest orthotic and prosthetic service providers in the U.S. with a wide network of clinics across Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and Missouri.

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Specialist

Salary range:

Base salary $60-70K plus bonus/commission

The Sales & Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing the client base of CPO Management Services by engaging prospective customers and partners, coordinating sales efforts, and assisting with follow-ups and materials throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for working a complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification and qualification to closing the deal

Conduct research to determine the right contacts at prospect companies in target lists

Conduct initial outreach to independent O&P practices through multiple channels (emails, calls, campaigns, industry events etc.) and market the value of our practice management and partnership offerings

Follow up on leads generated by marketing or referral sources and build a pipeline of prospects

Coordinate discovery calls and meetings with internal leadership

Conduct introductory client meetings and support the leadership team with pipeline management

Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals and agreements

Ensure CRM (HubSpot) is updated with timely, accurate prospect information and lead follow-up activities

Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and agreements

Support the smooth transition of new clients into onboarding by coordinating with internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

3-6 years of experience in selling and business development in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry.

Experience generating business from new accounts

Familiar with using CRM tools like HubSpot and Zoho

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Organized, proactive, and energized by outreach and growth goals

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 70,000 USD per year (Chicago, Illinois)
