About Project Patch Project Patch is a nonprofit, faith-based residential treatment center serving adolescents ages 12–17 who are struggling with emotional, behavioral, and family challenges when community-based care is no longer sufficient. Our program is licensed by the State of Idaho for up to 40 residents and staffed by a caring team of approximately 40 professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy

Facilitate DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) groups

Apply Trauma-Informed Care principles in therapy and facility-wide

Communicate weekly with parents/guardians (phone and email)

Manage parent inquiries professionally and compassionately

Supervise family visitations as needed

Participate collaboratively with treatment teams

Qualifications

Licensed or Associate clinicians

LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LCSW (or license-eligible candidates)

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

A passion for working with adolescents

Comfort working in a Christian, faith-based environment
