Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and quality of care.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and compassion among staff members.
What We’re Looking For:
An active LNHA license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living environment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled and long‑term care settings.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
