Who They Are
We have been retained by one of the largest commercial roofing manufacturers in the US! They are in need of a Southeast Regional Sales Director to oversee over $60m in business, 5 direct reports, and 70 branches. We are looking for someone with low-slope commercial roofing experience and strong leadership experience. We are also looking to detail and technical knowledge of commercial roofing products.
What You'll Do
Identify new business opportunities
Develop and execute regional sales plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and strategic partners
Manage budgets and expenses effectively
Manage and mentor Territory Managers
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in low-slope roofing
3+ years of sales leadership experience
Strong technical background with low-slope roofing systems
Willing to travel 50%
