About Our Agency I opened my agency in 1990, but my State Farm career began long before that—I started as a team member in my dad’s office before earning the opportunity to run my own. State Farm truly runs in the family. I’m a proud Florida Gator, a mom of six daughters, and now have two grandchildren. My husband, son-in-law, daughter, brother, dad, and even two cousins are all State Farm agents as well. Insurance and helping people is simply what we do.

Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kim Nava - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
