Position Summary
As a Team Lead Server, you’ll set the tone for first‑class service by leading the front‑of‑house team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives prompt, friendly, and accurate service. You’ll lead by example while keeping the team focused, energized, and guest ready. Responsibilities
Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest, peer, and business partner Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu guidance Support and coach servers to maintain high service standards Assist with floor coverage, table turns, and guest recovery Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams Maintain a clean, organized, and guest‑ready dining area Accurately process transactions through the POS system Help train new team members and support shift transitions Qualifications
Experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service environment Previous leadership or trainer experience preferred Strong communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and lead by example under pressure Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
