What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-performing sales environment
Manage desk prioritization and deliver timely outcomes to customers
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to address complex risks and write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
Must have 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
