The Role at a Glance This role leads and coordinates complex workplace, logistics, and final‑mile delivery solutions at Hilldrup. You’ll serve as the primary client contact while working with vendors, storage, transportation, and delivery operations. Balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on coordination, you’ll ensure operational efficiency, accurate documentation, issue resolution, and exceptional customer experiences across commercial moves, storage projects, and home delivery services.

How You’ll Contribute You will help coordinate end‑to‑end workplace, logistics, and final‑mile delivery solutions for Hilldrup, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring a seamless, professional experience while aligning internal teams, agents, and service partners. Your role blends hands‑on coordination with strategic oversight to ensure each move, storage project, or delivery meets customer expectations and Hilldrup’s service standards.

You’ll help with commercial moves and storage projects by receiving and updating orders, coordinating origin and destination services, monitoring ETAs, and maintaining accurate documentation for billing and reporting. You proactively identify and resolve issues, communicate status updates clearly, and ensure all records are complete and accurate. You may also support client presentations, conduct occasional site visits, and provide after‑hours support for assigned accounts as needed.

You will contribute initiatives across workplace solutions, logistics, and delivery services. You will partner with sales, operations, and technology vendors, use route optimization and logistics tools effectively, and remain flexible to support evolving business needs while upholding Hilldrup’s values and commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills Education / Work Experience

High school diploma

Two to three years of customer service experience

Customer service and client relationship management
