Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Incumbent's sales territory requires them to work locally (including client and prospective client visits). Candidate Profile Hilldrup has an immediate need for an energetic, results-driven sales professional with exceptional people skills to join our team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute prospecting and sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and own a designated territory. Specific Job Responsibilities Include Developing and executing customer-focused sales strategies. Prospecting, networking, and closing new business within your territory. Managing the customer sales cycle and ensuring service delivery. Adhering to ethical sales practices and meeting revenue and profit goals. Maintaining knowledge of workplace solutions and client needs. Minimum Job Qualifications Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably in marketing, sales, or business. Five to seven years of B2B sales experience, preferably in moving or furniture industries. Previous project management experience preferred. Self-motivated, capable of autonomous work, and able to generate and maintain client relationships. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and business acumen skills. Strong organizational and technological skills. Commitment to high ethical standards.
