Our Client is actively seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee daily field operations and ensure high quality service delivery. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has strong scheduling, crew management, and customer communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day schedules for mowing, landscape maintenance, and bed care crews with a focus on efficiency and profitability
Make real‑time decisions related to weather conditions, route adjustments, and staffing needs
Oversee morning launch of all maintenance crews to ensure smooth and timely starts
Review and manage timesheets in LMN to ensure accurate time tracking and daily job verification
Conduct regular quality inspections of customer properties to confirm contractual standards are met
Serve as the primary liaison for customers, responding promptly to questions and concerns with same‑day follow‑up when appropriate
Provide management support for snow removal operations during winter months
Be available to work some Saturdays as needed
Work Schedule
In‑season workload averages 45 to 50 hours per week
Typical schedule is Monday through Thursday
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of landscape management experience
Strong organizational and decision‑making skills
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and customer expectations effectively
Comfortable working in the field and in an office setting
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with lawn treatments and/or irrigation systems
Experience using LMN software
Basic Spanish language skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year
