Base pay range:
$75,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr .
Hollywood Park, a near 300‑acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000‑seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. The venue hosts world‑renowned sporting events, concerts, and community gatherings. Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Director, Guest Experience, you will support scheduling logistics and planning for the GX department employees.
Responsibilities
Utilize workforce forecasting models to anticipate peak periods and guest service 'hot zones,' proactively adjusting scheduling templates to ensure 100% coverage of critical safety and service positions during high‑volume events.
Create and maintain part‑time GX employee schedules, considering availability and business needs.
Manage and enforce the department’s time and attendance policy, serving as the lead for disciplinary actions regarding time infractions, shift abandonment, and chronic tardiness.
Review, reconcile, and approve employee timecards in ABI and Paycor.
Communicate schedules and changes to employees, providing clear instructions and timely responses to all inquiries.
Facilitate employee shift change requests, scheduling conflicts, and other scheduling‑related issues.
Maintain employee time records to ensure California meal‑break and rest‑period compliance and accurate overtime calculations.
Monitor event day deployment.
Oversee the departmental process of time‑off requests, availability changes, and shift swaps to reduce coverage gaps and unauthorized overtime in ABI.
On‑site, event day presence may be required.
Qualifications
Working extensive experience with day‑to‑day timekeeping and scheduling operations.
Knowledge of California Wage and Hour laws.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays during event and non‑event days.
Proficiency with ABI, Paycor or other time & attendance systems.
Curiosity and ability to investigate and resolve complex scheduling issues.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google applications.
Venue experience is a plus.
