You will be responsible for sourcing high‑quality berries and related products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost‑efficient procurement across European markets. This role involves close collaboration with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure berries and berry‑based products for food production.
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers across Europe.
Negotiate contracts and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
Work closely with internal teams, including Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance.
Monitor market trends and recommend sourcing strategies.
Requirements
Proven procurement experience in the food or beverage industry.
Knowledge of fruit or agricultural supply chains.
Fluent in English (advanced level required) and German.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
