Job Description You will be the F-22 Items Analyst Manager - Level 5.
What You Will Be Doing
As the F-22 Items Analyst Manager - Level 5, you will be responsible for Item Management and Field Support for the F-22 pertaining to U.S. Government sustainment contracts. Responsibilities include developing strategy to ensure contract performance parameters are met with a focus on strategic and tactical Inventory Management and a desired focus on F-22 Readiness. You will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations and supply management across the F-22 fleet to include being a key customer interface for sustainment supply supported field customers. You will also ensure customers are kept sold on existing current PBL and future contract capture.

Desired Skills
Knowledge of the F-22 and/or 5th Gen fighters.
Knowledge of PBL/non-PBL sustainment contracts.
Experience with SAP, GOLD, and BLADE.
Experience developing and documenting work processes / work instructions.
Experience assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
Experience in managing costs within Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and budgetary constraints.
Experience with commercial aerospace and defense supply / logistics, distributors, licensees, and 3PLs.
Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and both domestic and international suppliers is highly desired.
Familiarity with financial Business Case Analysis (BCA) comparisons and contracts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Agile/Lean Principles and Applications experience.
Ability to work remotely: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
