Basic Qualifications

Job Description What You Will Be Doing:

Drive planning and execution across Cross functional Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements Partner with Sustainment Capability Delivery System Directorates to align and prioritize investments with strategic objectives and customer needs

Report portfolio performance at all leadership levels

Collaborate with Sustainment Finance on forecasting and performance reporting

Provide PM guidance to the portfolio investment teams to support planning and execution

Manage/Mitigate portfolio risk and opportunities

Monitor portfolio performance to yonke labor reporting and vendor invoicing

Provide Oversight of Technical Solution Formulation and Implementation, Leveraging Systems Engineering Best Practices

The ideal candidate will have experience managing or overseeing business‑critical programs or projects and have a demonstrated history of high accountability, responsibility, and organization.

Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations万个 when extending an offer.
