Pay:

$18.50 per hour

Shift/Hours:

Rotating schedule, Day Shift (7:15 AM – 7:15 PM)

Essential Duties

Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps within the QA team.

Facilitate training sessions using various methods: one‑on‑one coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring.

Measure and evaluate training effectiveness and ensure employees understand their assignments.

Perform periodic audits to assess progress and document any errors or performance gaps.

Assist with onboarding new temporary QA staff.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ISO requirements.

At a minimum, you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of Quality Inspector experience in warehouse environments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and MIS systems.

Pay Details $18.50 per hour
