Shift/Hours: Monday — Friday, 1st shift
Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday — Thursday in office
Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter
Job Description This Individual will lead regulatory and compliance filings from start to finish for both the New Jersey and Delaware Regulatory teams.
Responsibilities
Coordination across several departments and functional areas, ensuring filing date is met and requirements are satisfied.
Develop and communicate a plan for stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate leadership reviews and prepare all necessary materials as needed.
Once filing is completed, assist with discovery responses.
Assist with ad-hoc deliverables and identify/implement process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Field
Proven Project Management Experience
Experience coordinating activity across business units
Advanced MS Office Knowledge
