Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
60 hours or more of college coursework (or 1 year of leadership experience and 30 college credits)
2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting
Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home visits to ensure client care meets quality standards and compliance needs
Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the resource for staff in the field
Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans for new clients
Serve as the bridge between clients, caregivers, and office staff to maintain support and connectivity
Step in when field challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate
