Job Overview: Home Front ProCare, a division of Home Front Design Build, is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to take ownership of our residential home services division—with a critical focus on launching and scaling pool and lawn care services in 2026. From handyman repairs to pressure washing, window cleaning, and seasonal home maintenance, this role is your opportunity to lead a growing service portfolio and shape its future success. We’re looking for someone with a background in residential services—ideally in pool or lawn care—who can build and manage a team, drive profitability, and deliver five-star client experiences. Who We Are: Home Front ProCare serves high-end homeowners throughout Tarrant County with top-tier handyman, window washing, power washing, and seasonal maintenance services. We’re also preparing to launch lawn care and pool service in 2026. Backed by Home Front Design Build, we offer the flexibility and culture of a startup—with the support and infrastructure of an established remodeling company. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of Home Front ProCare—from scheduling to service delivery

Dispatch and manage techs across multiple service lines (handyman, window, pressure wash, etc.)

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing field and support team

Own KPIs including revenue, labor percentage, gross margin, and client satisfaction

Design scalable SOPs, checklists, and process improvements

Lead expansion efforts into lawn care, pool maintenance, and recurring service models

Coordinate equipment, vehicle fleet, field logistics, and vendor management

Drive 5-star customer experiences and resolve escalations

Collaborate with ownership on service packages, marketing, and sales strategy

Monitor financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability

Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in residential services (e.g., handyman, HVAC, pest, pool, lawn)

Proven track record of managing crews and growing service lines

Strong grasp of operations metrics and ability to read a basic P&L

Experience with dispatch and scheduling software (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan)

Excellent organizational and customer service skills

Comfortable splitting time between field and office work

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment

High school diploma or GED required; further education or certifications a plus

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

$70,000–$75,000 annual base salary

$10,000–$15,000 performance bonus based on revenue, margin, and satisfaction

40–50 hour workweek with flexibility

Growth path as the division scales into new services and territories

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday to Friday
