RN Operations Manager - DaVita Kidney Care
Location: 10921 East 81st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133 | Salary: $60,000 – $64,000 per year.
Job Overview As the Registered Nurse (RN) Operations Manager (Facility Administrator), you will be the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Your focus will be on delivering high‑quality patient care, optimizing clinic operations, and developing a motivated, high‑performing clinical team.
Responsibilities
Prioritize patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Be present for the clinic during operating hours to lead and support the team.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best outcomes for patients, teammates, and community.
Manage the clinic’s complete operation and performance, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring.
Run your clinic autonomously while receiving guidance from your director, regional peers, and the larger company.
Embed company values in everyday actions and recognize others for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors.
Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.

Requirements
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.), at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse, if required by state of employment.
Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change).
Collaborative teamwork with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results aligned with business needs.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
