$60,000 - $69,000/year + credit for experience
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with on‑call availability

What You'll Do:
Ensure efficient and effective coordination of home health care services
Oversee the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices
Serve as the scheduler in charge and support key administrative functions
Assist with payroll operations when needed
Contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years or older
Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
Minimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experience
Home Care experience preferred
Previous CNA experience preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
