Talent Specialist | Recruiter at LHH Recruitment Solutions The ideal candidate is a motivated and organized individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing business through sales efforts. Responsibilities
Follow up on leads & inquiries while delivering innovative solutions to customers
Develop market strategies and contribute to process improvements
Conduct business-to-business sales over the phone, engaging with clients in a professional and effective manner
Qualifications
2+ years of recent business-to-business sales experience (Inside Sales/Phone)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office required
Experience using a CRM Software (Salesforce or similar program) preferred

Base pay + bonus/commission opportunities
