We are seeking a

Customer Support Specialist

who will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and customers. Responsibilities

Deliver professional and courteous customer support via phone, email and internal systems.

Manage inquiries, resolve concerns and provide accurate information based on company guidelines.

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery.

Uphold CatchVibe Voice’s service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
