Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport and understanding their service needs
Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests using CDK software
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Prepare and review service estimates, invoices, and work orders
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and additional service opportunities
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about luxury vehicle brands and dealership services
Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury automotive dealership
Strong proficiency with CDK or similar dealership management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively
Knowledge of luxury vehicle brands and their service requirements
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
