Shift Manager – The Wendy’s Company (MN)
We’re looking for career‑minded, motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to guide and lead our family of employees.
As a Shift Manager, you will:
Enjoy problem solving and decision making.
Create a “Customer First” attitude with your team.
Be a leader committed to teaching and growing your team.
Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety.
Have flexible work availability.
Support the management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
Stand and move for most – if not all – of your shift.
Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant.
Obtain or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks.
Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Pay Range:
$14.50 – $18.00 per hour (pay transparency guaranteed).
