Lead Maintenance – Tipton Group – Richardson, TX

Role Overview:
Maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the apartment complex for current and prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities
Be on call for 24‑hour maintenance emergencies
Complete grounds work such as trash pick‑up and light landscaping
Assist with various types of maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required
At least three years of experience and HVAC certification
Provide own tools
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, and maintenance staff
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Work Hours & Availability Monday – Friday; on‑call
