Who You Are
You will perform as a Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Administrator.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop subcontract specifications, work statements (SOW), and Terms & Conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts.
Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

2+ years in supply chain management and/or procurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with multi‑tasking and managing competing priorities
Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions
Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.
Developing Project/Program Management skills
Excellent organization skills
Demonstrated sense of urgency, self‑motivated
Learning subcontract management skills/practices
Experience with negotiations
Ability to make business‑based decisions
Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or a similar industry
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Location Fort Worth, TX
Telework Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Security Clearance Secret; US Citizen required.
Salary and Benefits National Pay Statement
– The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400‑$101,200. For other states, the range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
Premium Pay Statement
– The annual base salary range in most major metro areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $66,000‑$114,425. For other states, the range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
