Who You Are You’ll perform as a Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Administrator.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop subcontract specifications, work statements (SOW), and Terms & Conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types.

Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts.

Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.

Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.

May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis, supplier proposals.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills

2+ years’ in supply chain management and/or procurement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.

Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions.

Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).

Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.

Developing Project/Program Management skills.

Excellent organization skills.

Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated.

Learning subcontract management skills/practices.

Experience with negotiations.

Ability to make business-based decisions.

Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or a similar industry.

Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
