Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to assist with order processing, basic technical support, and customer communication for our equipment manufacturing operations. This role supports customers throughout the purchasing process and works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent service. Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous customer support via phone, email, and in person Assist customers with questions about products, orders, and delivery schedules Enter and process orders accurately and coordinate with internal departments Offer basic technical assistance on equipment usage and troubleshooting Maintain organized records and update customer information in the CRM system Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using CRM or order-entry systems Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, especially in manufacturing, technical support, or equipment-related environments Experience working with mechanical or industrial products is a plus Bachelors degree preferred (technical field a plus but not required) Benefits
