Job Summary
The Buyer supports procurement operations by releasing and delivering purchase orders for raw materials and production-related activities. This role ensures accurate part consumption, resolves quality and invoice issues, and coordinates closely with suppliers, engineering, production, and customer service to maintain consistent operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Release and deliver purchase orders for raw materials and production support needs.
Resolve procurement, quality, invoice, and inventory issues, including required SAP transactions.
Analyze part consumption behavior and assess part characteristics as needed.
Interface with customer service, internal and external suppliers, Product Engineering, and Production to ensure high-level support for customer satisfaction.
Required Experience
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
Experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
Familiarity with contract management principles.
Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management.

Knowledge of procurement processes
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
ERP or procurement software experience
Understanding of contract management
