What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Skilled Nursing Facility Administration and Census capabilities
Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned with customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled features that enhance administrative workflows and decision-making
Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and synthesizing insights to inform product decisions
Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives and partner with analytics teams to measure outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, preferably in Senior Care or Post‑Acute space
Proven experience owning complex products end-to-end
Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to enterprise software and operational workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile development environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or Engineering
Experience in post‑acute care, long‑term care, or skilled nursing environments
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability, including interop standards such as HL7
Understanding of payer models such as PDPM and managed care
Experience using analytics or AI‑enabled tools to support product decision‑making
