Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of the AI-powered Decision Engine for personalized care delivery

Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build hybrid decision systems that integrate rule engines and machine learning

Develop internal tools for clinical operations to define and simulate care pathways

Define and track key performance metrics for decision logic and engine performance

Ensure alignment of decision logic with clinical protocols and billing requirements

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, particularly in complex platform systems or AI infrastructure within the healthcare industry

Proven success in delivering systems with rules engines, workflow orchestration, or AI-powered decision systems

Strong technical fluency and experience working with engineers and data scientists

Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into modular product structures

Familiarity with care coordination and clinical decision support mechanisms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI agent frameworks or prompt engineering in real-world applications

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for logic configuration

Background in building or integrating clinical decision support systems or digital therapeutics
