Purpose The Warehouse Machine Operator will clean and prepare forms for painting and repair, set up and operate the Heavy Duty Clean Line, OBI Press, and Drill Line while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Essential Functions

Form Preparation & Machine Operation

(60%): Clean and prepare forms for painting and repair. Assemble, disassemble, and replace components as required. Move and stack parts, load and unload materials, and operate material handling equipment. Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts. Follow all quality processes, perform routine preventative maintenance, and ensure all operational procedures are followed.

Work Area Organization & Housekeeping

(10%): Maintain a clean and organized work area including all tools and equipment consistent with warehouse standards. Organize and maintain storage locations including pallets, racks, and shelves. Ensure all products are properly labeled and returned to correct locations.

Safety & Compliance

(15%): Ensure all federal, state, and local safety regulations are followed. Identify and address potential safety hazards. Follow all company safety rules and procedures. Utilize all required personal protective equipment. Report or, if qualified, correct equipment malfunctions, unsafe equipment, unsafe acts, material revisions, and product deviations immediately to supervision.

Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience : No prior experience required; manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Leadership : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute positively to team goals.

Computer Skills : Basic ability to understand machine controls and technical tasks.

Other Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to perform physical labor and strenuous tasks, work in all weather conditions, understand mechanical processes, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
